Things that carry meaning
At Mentara Care® we work with what money can't buy – attention, understanding, and the time you give yourself. And yet we decided to open a shop. Because some things help you even when you're not sitting across from a professional.
You'll find books and guides that put something in your hands, and in your mind, between sessions. Working tools for professionals looking for tested resources for their practice. And things to wear – the ones that start a conversation before you have to explain anything.
None of it replaces professional support. It's company along the way. Something that keeps the subject alive on an ordinary Tuesday.
Why we do it this way
We donate a share of the price of every product sold. Not of what's left over. Of the price. So that it's a number you can check rather than take on trust. Once a quarter we publish how much was raised and where it went. No rounding up, no photos with an oversized cheque.
How it fits together
- You buy something that means something. Not in order to help. Because you want it.
- We set aside part of the proceeds from every order. Automatically, no matter what kind of month we're having.
- The money goes where it's missing. And you get to find out where.
This isn't a charity drive with a T-shirt on top. It's a shop with rules set up so that growth doesn't erase the reason it started.
